Surt a compte agafar tirades al treasure companion com a historial?

Al crear un nou personatge, pots utilitzar una opció d’historial per fer una tirada al treasure companion, o utilitzar 2 opcions per fer 3 tirades i quedar-te amb la millor.

Anem a analitzar una mica quines probabilitats d’exit tens amb cada opció.

La taula inicial és aquesta:

Llavors he calculat quin % de probabilitats tens que et surti cada cosa, comptant els >=96 com un únic grup.

Després he mirat cada taula particular i subjectivament he calculat quin % de probabilitats tens en aquella taula de que et surti un objecte considerat “bo”. Per exemple a qualsevol taula de pocions i runes he posat que el 0% són bones, en canvi a la taula Charged Item Table I, considero que tens un 30% de que et surti un objecte bo.

Llavors, multiplicant les probabilitats de cada taula pel % de probs que l’objecte sigui bo, i sumant tots els resultats, em surt que hi ha un 35% de probabilitas que en una tirada et surti un objecte bo.

Si agafes l’opció de 3 tirades, la probabilitat que en una de les tres tinguis un objecte bo és del 91%!!!

Però lo més important…… tens el 91% de que et surti un objecte bo. Això significa que com a mínim serà “bo”, però que pot ser una autèntica passada! et pot tocar un artefacte i tot!

         Es llencen 10 d100. Les tirades de menys de 20 s’eliminen.

         Els potencials es llencen. Ej: temporal de 90 => potencial: 90+1d10

         L’últim valor s’escull perquè quadri amb 660 punts. Veure algorisme (carac.exe)

         Totes les races són permeses excepte orcs i races « evil ». Sempre a discreció del GM.

Adolescence Ranks of the primary weapon

 

Adolescence Ranks of the primary weapon and category may be exchanged with those of one

weapon and associated category typical for the race. A restriction is that ranks from a melee

category and skill may not be exchanged with a missile/thrown category or skill and vice versa.

In effect e.g. a dwarf may exchange his 4 ranks in a 1-H Concussion skill and category with 4 skill

ranks for handaxe and the associated 1-H Edged category but not with 4 ranks for a bow (missile

weapon) or a quarterstaff (not a typical weapon for a dwarf).

(Background: With the fixed categories many characters are severely restricted in the choice of

their weapon. To e.g. constantly equip dwarves with a warhammer is a bit boring over time.)

 

Miscellaneous

Swashbucklers may, similar as a Fighter, only learn a „non-restricted“ Combat Maneuver as an

everyman skill (SoHK allows any one Combat Maneuver).

Basically any skill may be selected as Hobby-Skill (with the restriction concerning the maximum

number of ranks and the maximum cost of <40 DPs). Spells from such hobby picks may only

be selected from Open, Closed and Base Lists. (The reason for this is that we could not

understand the „Standard Hobby Picks“ of some races in comparison to others. E.g. IIRC the

High Man race, whose members learn one spell during adolescence and also one rank in the

Power Awareness category, do not have spells in the „Standard Hobby Picks“ whereas the

Nomads, which from their description seem a bit more primitive and do not learn any of the

above mentioned skills during adolescence, may select spells as hobbies. Also the character

creation example in the RMSS book does not heed the „Standard Hobby Picks“ – so we also

ignore this list).
